Mid-office: Supported by finance, HR & administration, and IT departments, equipped with advanced logistics systems and security inspection facilities.
Back-end: Comprised of documentation, customer service, and operations teams, with a self-owned fleet providing door-to-door pickup services across the Pearl River Delta region.
Our sales team focuses on business expansion, with 1 dedicated documentation specialist assigned per 2-3 sales representatives to ensure end-to-end support—from order tracking to customer service—for seamless operations.
